President Barack Obama's Debt Limits
7/25/2011 12:21:43 AM

President Barack Obama and The 112TH Congress

On Sat July,23,2011, President Barack Obama and the leaders of Congress met in the whitehouse in an attempt to agree to raise the national debt limits above $14.3 trillion. The meeting ended with no agreement.
On July,19,2011
The Republican controlled House of Representatives voted and approved a Cut ,Cap and Balance  which was sent to the Senate for review,

On Friday H.R.2560 was brought to the Senate  floor for a vote to table the House bill, The Democrat controlled Senate voted 51-46 to table the bill

Again ½ of Congress ( the DEMOCRAT side) failed to take up President Obama’s order to get something done. Senator Durbin adjourned the Senate until Monday, July 25,2011.

It is unconceivable to think that President Obama and the Senate have provided no plan of their own to solve the nations deficit problems. For a full report

‘’CAP-CUT AND BALANCE’’
7/23/2011 1:11:07 AM

REPUBLICAN PASSED HOUSE BILL ‘’CAP-CUT AND BALANCE’’

This past week Senator Reid said that the US Senate will work thru the weekend on the Republican passed House’s Cap, Cut and Balance bill. On Friday Senator Reid using a parliament rule delayed any action on the House of Representative bill denying our elected Senators any action on debating, amending or voting on the only approved bill in Congress to avoid a United States Debt crisis.

As of 7/22/11 it seems that the only Congressional group working in Congress are the Republican majority House members. The US Senate has no 2012 budget or deficit reduction plan, President Barak Obama has no deficit plan. President Obama needs to allow the US Senate to debate the HOUSE BILL as promised.

The leaders of the Democrat and Republican parties will again meet with President Barak Obama on Saturday morning, again behind closed doors.

Whatever happened to a promise to have transparency in the Obama Administration and the Pelosi/ Reid Congress? Is there another push to pass US national debt legislation thru Congress so that we can find out what’s in the bill?Stay tuned, Aug 2nd is coming, a default maybe, seniors not getting SS checks, MEDICARE shutting down or maybe a miracle to find enough money to keep the US Government working.

Herman Cain

Political Stories of Week 6/30/11

Herman CainTried to explain what the administration was doing to stop the oil
flowing Shell Oil just spent $2 billion in Alaska on a site, permits were ready to
go. The EPA stepped in AND stopped the procedure and demanded that the
new regulations will need to be used. The timing was pre meditated to stop
oil production.

MORE JOBS LOST and profits. Oil companies pay 40% taxes on profits
PLUS A FEE ON EACH BARREL PUMPED.

Navajo Generating Station Arizona 6/29/11

The station provides 95% of the electricity needed to deliver water from
the Colorado river… The US EPA is set to release NEW emission
regulations……The plant has installed $45 million in new controls for
nitrogen oxides. EPA favors a different control system that could cost
$1.2 billion to install and would require millions in additional expenses
every year to operate

It‘s important that Congress and the Obama administration recognize
the impact the EPA would have on CAP and it‘s customers.

America needs to wake up before the nation is destroyed by
the BUFFOONS IN WASHINGTON.

Obama held a press conference today. As usual he blamed
Congress for not ''getting things done''. He came up with the
same old promises on how Congress needs to raise the
National debt. The Obama administration still don't get it on
how to change the economy around. For starters try Less
regulation on business, lower tax rates and stop federal
waste spending.

Oil Companies Pay

Oil Companies Pay the Government

Oil executive stated that the oil companies pay the government $86 million a day in taxes and leases, world wide they pay 40% in taxes and are working on 3% profit margin. Exxon’s profits in the US were 3% of their total profits ( don’t sound like gouging the US ).
Shutting down the oil drilling operations has cost the nation 1 million jobs. The industrial industry pays 35% in taxes, is it fair to say that the oil companies taxes should be lowered

The US Economy Job Opportunities
2/27/2011 8:41:28 PM

The US Economy Job Opportunities

The US economy job opportunities has been dominated by the return
of low wages for those finding jobs. The study found that lower
industries constituted 23% of job loss but 49% of recent growth; mid-
wage industries constituted 36% of job loss and 37% of recent growth;and higher wage industries constituted 40% of job loss but only 14% of recent growth.  The federal workforce unemployment is 3% and the size of government has grown 20% in the past 2 years.
MOST OF THE GOOD JOBS were found in the government.

While only more than 1 million private-sector job were added to the
US economy during the past year where the employment has been in
mid and low wage industries. Many workers looking for a job to
support their families have turned to government entitlement
programs for help.

Unemployment excluding those who have ceased looking for work is
9.0% including the non lookers the percentage would be over 12%.
The labor department reporting rules have been revised by the Obama
administration to reflect a growing economy. New job opportunities
have been scarce in the private sector.

A disproportionate share of job growth has been in industries such as
temporary employment services, restaurants, retail, nursing and
residential-care facilities which pay medium wages below $13 an hour. Many workers in higher income brackets are accepting jobs that pay far below what was being paid before the recession. The recession began in Dec. 2007 shortly after the Democrats regained majority control of Congress. The $ 825 billion Stimulus Jobs Bill has not provided the good jobs that President Barak Obama and the
Democrat majority Congress promised. Obama recently admitted
to the New York Times that the ‘’ shovel ready jobs ‘’ he claimed
were not available when the bill was passed.

The Arizona law -1986 FEDERAL LAW
4/30/2010 11:58:41 PM
The subject is illegal immigration and the present federal laws

hubbers
The subject is illegal immigration and the present federal laws
The federal government's irresponsibility in not enforcing the law
The politicians say '' we are a nation of the rule of law''. The US constitution spells out the rights of their citizens.Break the law
and you will be punished according to the law. What is racist
and why are certain people exempt from breaking the law?
What Arizona is saying to those who enter Arizona is that if
you break our laws you will be punished according to the laws
of Arizona.
According to the constitution, states have the authority to
make law for citizens of the state. Elected official voted into
office by the citizens can vote to make law.If you or anyone
don't like the laws on one state they are free to go to any
other state. The premise is '' you are presumed innocent until
you are found guilty'' by due process of the law.

The Arizona law will start to be enforced in 90 days. That
gives any illegal sufficient time to '' get out of town ''.70% of
Arizonians support the law .The federal government's refusal
to enforce the law is inexcusable and indefensible. The
government is the real problem not the state of Arizona.

TAXPAYER COST FOR PROVIDING GOVERNMENT
BENEFITS TO ILLEGALS IS $ 30 BILLION PER YEAR

Denying them government entitlements will stop the illegals
entering the country and those who are here will leave.
A simple solution if the government was serious to protect
the people of the US. We need to wake our elected officials
up in Washington, they love hearing from their constituents.

in 1986 congress passed the immigration reform law by
voice vote.A recorded vote was not taken for ever reason yet
to be answered. The question is why isn't the laws being
enforced ?

The Economy in March 3710

Unemployment

Nearly 14.9 million are unemployed nearly twice the total when
the
recession began. The labor department revised job loses
for January from
20,000 to 26,000

The government expects to hire 1 million temporary census
workers
Economists caution that many of the unemployed
have given up job searches
and aren’t include in the jobless
rate.
Including part time workers because they can’t find full
time jobs, the
unemployment rate rose to 16.8 % from 16.5%,
the figure is below Octobers
high of 17.4%

Workers out of work for 6 months fell to 6.1million, still about
40% of the
employed have been out of work 6 months or
longer.
Note the $787 billion stimulus bill was increased to
$862 billion
AIG bail out cost the government $182.5 billion , government owns 80% in AIG. Aig lost $ 8.87billion in the
4th quarter.

As government stimulus wanes and federal reserve
economic-support
programs end, the economy could suffer
and slide back into a recession
Once the tax cuts roll back.

Allowing the tax breaks will increase unemployment raising
taxes in a recession is a no no business spending rebounds

Not if taxes go up and who will be paying taxes if there is
no work?

Consistent monthly job gains

We lost 36,000 more in February no jobs in sight except
government jobs other areas of spending is reduced.

The stimulus bill is now $862 billion of which only 30%
has been spent.

How do you generate money in a recession and unemployment?

In less than 2 years the congress and Obama has
quadrupled bush deficits, fool

Obama’s budget raises the deficit $1.3
trillion, the jobs bill cost $15 billion added to the deficit
generate more revenue than we spend helping to reduce
the
deficit..
1986 IMMIGRATION LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES
7/14/2009 12:38:01 AM

THE FOLLOWING IS EXERPTS OF THE 1986 FEDERAL LAW

SEC. 113. IMMIGATION EMERGENCY FUND.
Section 404 (8 U.S.C. 1101 note) is amended by inserting "(a)" after "Sec. 404." and by adding at the end the following new subsection:
"(b) There are authorized to be appropriated to an immigration emergency fund, to be established in the Treasury, $35,000,000, to be used to provide for an increase in border patrol or other enforcement activities of the Service and for reimbursement of State and localities in providing assistance as requested by the Attorney General in meeting an immigration emergency, except that no amounts may be withdrawn from such fund with respect to an emergency unless the President has determined that the immigration 0emergency exists and has certified such fact to the Judiciary Committees of the House of Representatives and of the Senate.".

SEC. 115. ENFORCEMENT OF THE IMMIGRATION LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES.
It is the sense of the Congress that --
(1) the immigration laws of the United States should be enforced vigorously and uniformly, and
(2) in the enforcement of such laws, the Attorney General shall take due and deliberate actions necessary to safeguard the constitutional rights, personal safety, and human dignity of United States citizens and aliens.
"(1)(A) The State shall require, as a condition of an individual's eligibility for benefits under any program listed in subsection (b), a declaration in writing by the individual (or, in the case of an individual who is a child, by another on the individual's behalf), under penalty of perjury, stating whether or not the individual is a citizen or national of the United States, and, if that individual is not a citizen or national of the United States, that the individual is in a satisfactory immigration status.

Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search
The Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA), also Simpson-Mazzoli Act (Pub.L. 99-603, 100 Stat. 3359, signed by President Ronald Reagan on November 6, 1986) is an Act of Congress which reformed United States immigration law. The Act made it illegal to knowingly hire or recruit illegal immigrants (immigrants who do not possess lawful work authorization), required employers to attest to their employees' immigration status, and granted amnesty to certain illegal immigrants who entered the United States before January 1, 1982 and had resided there continuously. The Act also granted a path towards legalization to certain agricultural seasonal workers and immigrants who had been continuously and illegally present in the United States since January 1, 1982.[1]

A FEW YEARS AGO IMMIGRATION REFORM WAS PUT IN NEUTRAL.
CONGRESS AGREED THAT THE BORDER MUST BE CLOSED BEFORE TALKING ABOUT A NEW LAW
Today, the fences have been built and they still are coming across the border.
Why are they coming, apparently they do not fear the penalties of breaking our laws.
It's all about money, power and future votes. Arizona's new immigration law which is similar to the 1986 federal law has brought to the surface that our government isn't doing the job.
